ETENDARD is a company specialized in the design, development, and manufacturing of light tactical vehicles for Defense and Security applications.

The company offers products : it markets a range of 2 & 4 wheels vehicles, and puts its engineering skills at the disposal of its customers in order to develop specific vehicles & systems upon request.

The company also offers services : it assists its customers in defining their needs, in maintenance in operation condition of the vehicles, and in operators & technicians trainings.
OUR SKILLS
OUR RALLY RAID EXPERTISE
Our second entity, TAURUS, is specialized in Motorsport. In particular, we design, develop, and sell Rally Raid vehicles called “T3Max”. This buggy is operated by many teams, especially RedBull, with a prestigious track record.

OUR DEFENSE AND SECURITY EXPERTISE
Our teams have a thorough understanding of the Defense & Security sector. They are mainly composed of former military personnel from special and conventional forces, reservists, and engineers who have worked in the Defense industry. We have all the technical expertise specific to this sector, and we maintain close ties with the French armed forces, with whom we are keen to collaborate in developing our products.
For example :
Benjamin TROMAS joined the ETENDARD teams in 2023.
He had the honor of serving more than 20 years in the French Army Special Forces. He worked for 16 years as an operator during which he carried out numerous missions. He was also an off-road driving instructor in a motorized squadron (light and heavy vehicles, motorbike, ATV). These years have allowed him to build strong expertise in the use of land vehicles in operational conditions.
He then took the role of Land Mobility Manager within his unit. During these 4 years, he contributed to multiple vehicles developments with different manufacturers. He thus worked on thermal and electric vehicles with 2 or 4 wheels.
OUR MANAGEMENT
BENOIT SCHWENCK
CEO
General engineer, Benoit SCHWENCK is graduated of Polytech School, completed by an engineering Master specialized in Research & Development. Passionate about technologies and eager to innovate, he invested himself from the start of his career in vehicles R&D. He will gradually take responsibilities allowing him to establish a wide range of skills. He successively held the positions of Design Engineer, Project Manager, Head of the Engineering Office, and Director of Operations, before taking up his current role as Chief Executive Officer of ETENDARD.
Deeply engaged in defense-related matters, and alongside his civilian career, he joined the French Armed Forces reserve in 2008. He held various positions there and is now senior officer in the French Air and Space Force.
With our TAURUS Motorsport department, we have established ourselves as leaders in Rally-Raid competition, developing the car that is today the best-performing in its category. At ETENDARD, convinced by the operational relevance of light and agile mobility, we aim to develop high-quality vehicles that fully meet the needs of operators throughout their missions.
